Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information SAIT Store collects, why we collect it, how we store it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain-language and honest about how the store actually works.

01. Who We Are
SAIT Store ("we", "us") is a marketplace for digital goods — accounts, top-ups, subscriptions, proxies, and OTP numbers — delivered instantly to your account. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@saitstore.app.
02. What We Collect
We only collect what we need to run the store and deliver your purchases:
- Account email — to create your account, sign you in, and send confirmations and receipts.
- Sign-in identity — if you use Google sign-in, we receive your basic profile identity (email and provider ID) from Supabase Auth. We never receive your Google password.
- Wallet, order, and delivery records — balances, transactions, and the digital items you purchase, so we can process orders and provide support.
- Minimal diagnostics — limited error and performance telemetry via Sentry (for example, a crash report), used to keep the service working. It is not used for advertising.
03. Why We Collect It
We use this information only to provide the service, deliver your purchases, keep your account and wallet accurate, prevent fraud and abuse, and offer support. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
04. How We Store It
Your data is stored in Supabase (our database, authentication, and storage provider) and processed by our trusted backend server. Digital asset secrets (delivery credentials) are encrypted and are only released to you when an order is delivered. We do not store card or bank details — payments are made from your wallet balance.
05. Third Parties We Rely On
We share the minimum necessary with the processors that make the store work. We do not sell your personal data.
- Supabase — authentication, database, and storage.
- Railway — application hosting.
- Google — optional sign-in via OAuth (if you choose it).
- Sentry — error and performance monitoring.
06. Cookies & Local Storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser local storage for your cart, theme preference (dark/light), and language preference. These are functional, not advertising, and are stored locally on your device.
07. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@saitstore.app. Deleting your account removes your personal data, subject to records we must legally retain (for example, completed transaction records).
08. Data Retention
We keep your account and order records for as long as your account exists and as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize the data.
09. Security
We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for digital asset secrets, access controls, and per-request authorization on sensitive operations. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password safe and use a strong, unique one.
10. Children
The store is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required by the law where you live, to create an account and make purchases.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the store evolves. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated policy.
