01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SAIT Store you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You confirm you can form a binding contract under the law where you live.

02. Description of Service

SAIT Store is a marketplace for digital goods — accounts, top-ups, subscriptions, proxies, and OTP numbers. Most items are delivered instantly to your account after payment. Purchases are paid from your SAIT Wallet balance.

03. Your Account

You are responsible for your account:

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and sign-in method secure; do not share your account.
• Use one account per person; do not create accounts to abuse promotions or evade limits.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

04. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the store for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal purpose.
• Resell, redistribute, or abuse purchased digital goods in violation of their providers' terms.
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the store or its systems.
• Abuse chargebacks, top-up promotions, or referral offers.

05. Purchases & Delivery

When you buy:

• Prices are shown in the listed currency and are charged to your wallet balance.
• Digital goods are delivered to your account; delivery details appear in your dashboard.
• Availability is limited to current stock and may change without notice.

06. Refunds

Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final once an item has been delivered. If an item is undelivered, fails to work as described, or is defective, contact support@saitstore.app within 24 hours of purchase with your order ID — we will replace the item or refund your wallet where the issue is verified. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

07. Wallet & Top-Ups

Your wallet is a prepaid balance used to pay for purchases; it is not a bank account and holds no interest. You can top up your wallet from your dashboard. Wallet top-ups are currently intent-only while our crypto payment gateway is being finalised — real funds cannot yet be added or withdrawn. Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts.

08. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or ban an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud or abuse, or poses a risk to the store or other users. Suspended accounts can still browse the public catalog but cannot purchase or access wallet features. You may stop using the store at any time.

09. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The store is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAIT Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Governing Law
